Thank you for being part of the BOS Employee Engagement survey!

The main purpose of the Employee Engagement Survey is to discover your opinion about thec urrent situation and the previous changes of BOS as an employer. We are striving to know what are BOS’s strengths and weaknesses in different dimensions of employee engagement, and to emerge topics and issues occupying employees.

In the following points we summarized some useful technical advice on filling out a questionnaire:

• Filling the questionnaire is anonymous, so you do not have to give your name on the online or paper questionnaire. The completed questionnaires will be kept confidential.
• We ask you to be honest! It is very important that data reflect on reality.
• While filling the survey think about your experiences from the last 1-2 year. Try to separate your general opinion from your current mood, and try to think about BOS operation in its everyday operation.
